This website is operated by The Mall Vault LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Mall Vault LLC. By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, unauthorized resale activity, or misuse of the website.
- VINTAGE AND PRE-OWNED MERCHANDISE
The Mall Vault specializes in vintage, pre-owned, discontinued, collectible, and new-old-stock merchandise. Unless expressly stated otherwise, items may show signs of age, previous use, storage, or handling.
We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe each item accurately, including any notable condition issues we identify. Minor signs of age or wear consistent with vintage or pre-owned merchandise may be present. Product colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Measurements are taken by hand and are approximate. Tagged sizing may differ from modern sizing and may vary by brand or era. Customers are responsible for reviewing the description, photographs, measurements, condition notes, and other listing information before purchasing.
- BRAND NAMES AND TRADEMARKS
Brand names, logos, and trademarks appearing in product listings belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe authentic branded merchandise offered for resale.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Mall Vault LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the brands represented on this website.
- PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY, AND PRICING
Many items offered by The Mall Vault are unique or available in a quantity of one. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An item is not secured until checkout and payment are successfully completed.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, or inventory discrepancies. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer, cancel the affected portion of the order, and issue an appropriate refund.
Prices and product availability may change without notice before an order is completed.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By submitting an order, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory confirmation, and acceptance by The Mall Vault. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from canceling and refunding an order affected by fraud, an inventory error, a pricing error, or another issue that makes fulfillment impossible.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
- SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before submitting an order.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

- RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the unique, vintage, and pre-owned nature of our inventory, all sales are final except where otherwise stated in our Return Policy or required by applicable law.
Customers should review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, and condition information before purchasing. Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, the wrong item is received, or the item materially differs from its listing.
Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
- CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for activity conducted through their accounts. Please notify us if you believe your account or personal information has been used without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the security of the website.

- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions. Certain website functions may also rely on payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other third-party services.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
